Overview
These Terms govern the contractual relationship between you and Hytron Network Services Limited ("Hytron") regarding use of our services. Using any Hytron service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

— SERVICES
Services
Hytron provides IP Transit, Colocation, Cloud, Bare Metal, and DDoS Mitigation network infrastructure services. Specific services, specifications, and delivery details are defined in the executed service order.

— BILLING
Billing
Billing models include but are not limited to: fixed monthly, 95th percentile, monthly average, committed + burst. Invoicing is generally monthly; quarterly or annual terms negotiable. Late payment may result in service suspension.

— SLA & CREDITS
SLA & Credits
Hytron measures availability monthly. Target availability is 99.99%. Below-target months trigger automatic service credits based on outage duration — no customer claim required. Detailed SLA terms per service order.

— ACCEPTABLE USE
Acceptable Use
Use of Hytron services for spam, DDoS attacks, unauthorised scanning, copyright infringement, or illegal content distribution is prohibited. Hytron reserves the right to suspend service upon discovering violations.

— SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY
Security & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for securing their own accounts and equipment. Hytron takes reasonable measures to protect network and facilities, but is not liable for losses due to force majeure, upstream failures, or customer negligence.

— CHANGES & MAINTENANCE
Changes & Maintenance
Hytron notifies scheduled maintenance windows by email in advance (except emergency security updates). Major architectural changes are notified 7 business days prior. Customers may request reasonable adjustments to maintenance schedules.

— SUSPENSION / TERMINATION
Suspension / Termination
Either party may terminate per contractual terms. Upon termination, Hytron provides a reasonable period to migrate data. AUP violations or prolonged non-payment may result in immediate termination.

— GOVERNING LAW
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes should be resolved through negotiation first; otherwise submitted to courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

— TERM UPDATES
Term Updates
Hytron may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
